		<description>Of course Fedora Directory, because it uses not only system tzdata, but also whatever system Java you've got JAVA_HOME  pointed at, won't need a special DST update. 

P.S.: I know there are alot of commercial packages out there that force you to avoid defining JAVA_HOME globally they can use their own specific Java distro, in those cases I recommend installing the latest Java from the Sun package and define JAVA_HOME in your nsslapd init script. I'll post an example on this blog a.s.a.p.</description>
